Anyone buy the Rigellian Hunting License?? What does it give you?

Three probes for each Rigellian squished in your own town and two for each squished in your neighbor's town. Not sure if your still bound by the 90 max probes per day for neighbors.

Rigellian Hunting License- 90 Donuts. Helps you earn MORE reports when getting aliens from neighbors towns.


Not sure what that means though.
