Anyone buy the Rigellian Hunting License?? What does it give you?

Three probes for each Rigellian squished in your own town and two for each squished in your neighbor's town. Not sure if your still bound by the 90 max probes per day for neighbors.

I'm so on the fence about the license. I haven't figured this whole event out yet, and have yet to know what all the awesome prizes will be. If I'm going to get the license, sooner is better than later. Will I be able to achieve everything without it? I JUST made the 38,000 gold before the cutoff in CoC (actually before the ACTUAL cutoff, still got some the next day).

Auuuurgh! Decisions, decisions.

Guess I have a lot more to read and learn before committing.
