Anyone buy the Rigellian Hunting License?? What does it give you?

Three probes for each Rigellian squished in your own town and two for each squished in your neighbor's town. Not sure if your still bound by the 90 max probes per day for neighbors.

What do you all think are more valuable, bags or probes? I've got just enough to get Jimbo and Sherri & Terri, the only two characters I don't have that can trick-or-treat. I'll be in the single digits in donuts, but then the characters will be of some use after THOH is over, so there's that. But if probes are more important, I might get the license and one kid character.
