So you choose to ignore the fact that the Simpsons writers do the script work for the game?
EA does not write any of the script, they obviously do provide the writers with feedback received from here though.

I'm neither Democrat nor Republican. I don't vote. Never have and I never will, because nobodies vote makes a difference (no matter what they try to make you believe in school). Ever heard of the Electoral College? Remember the 2000 election? It wasn't the first time that happened. Unlike you guys I spend my time wisely. As you can tell I play Simpsons Tapped Out and do other similarly important things.

I'll just sit back and watch as both sides argue (pointlessly) on the internet...blaming one another for the country turning into crap. Can't wait to see all of the comments about "Obozo the Dumbocrat", "Re-pube-licans", "Tea-tards", and "Tea Baggers". Maybe I'll find a few new ones I haven't heard yet? :wink:

Edit: Forgot to make my point, haha. With all of that being said, I don't care what types of jokes they make. It is nothing to take seriously, because it is the Simpsons...everybody is fair game to be made fun of. If it really hurts your feelings, I suggest you quit. Maybe the "Deer Hunter" franchise is more suited towards your tastes?

Only part I will disagree with is last decade. It's been way longer than that. We may have had a slight respite during that time period but the history of bad decision making goes quite a way back.
