Anyone reach level 2 crafting yet?

I'll never make it. I currently have 3 out of 10 bars completed in level 1. Now I regret spending my items to craft decorations in order to give me Casino Players Club cards in order to win more chips and tokens. I didn't get a forced update until 4-5 days after the event started so I'm VERY behind (desperately attempted to catch up with those prizes), and even though I've been grinding HARDCORE I doubt I'll get to level 2 any time soon and have enough crafting materials to upgrade to level 3 AND craft all the prizes from both of those levels on top of it all.

At this rate I don't think I'm even going to get Lucius Sweet. This is the first time in 3 years I won't be able to win/craft everything despite intense grinding all because I had the week from hell and logged 2-3 times a day and didn't check the forum to see there was an update.
