Anyone reach level 2 crafting yet?

It's also progressing with the track off kilter, for example, I have 33,000+ tokens, yet only 10,000 towards milhouse (I know they've done this non-accumulative counting before, but it's so annoying).

Edit: I think I should also mention that my game keeps glitching through storylines (repeating them even after I've deployed characters into them - Cmetus and the dice house prompted twice). And I had no chance with the platinum scratcher cause it tripped out. I've played since tom o Flanagan came out a couple years ago on iOS, but this is the first time I've had so many issues.

Crafting level isn't determined by how many items you craft - if you scroll round the list of items you will see options to upgrade, shown by a golden arrow I think, costing 50 key chains and another for 40 coasters (can't remember quantities exactly). You have to do this 10 times to get to level 2 then another 10 times to level 3.

I, of course, just found the lpnintendo thread that explains this and ... I think I give up. It's way too involved. I'm not even going to half * this event.
