There may be a few. All I can say for sure is that these threads were made before the update came last night. It would seem that most people got the update, myself included, even when I already had the cool brown house. I don't know what kind of help you'd expect. This seems to be a special case for limited content. These people aren't upset that they joined a week late and still want all of the Halloween items. The episode in question hasn't even aired. This wasn't the same sort of promo as Fat Tony. What is it, specifically, that you're going on about?

Are you sure not everyone got the cool brown house? I'm not saying everyone did, but I've not seen a report suggesting otherwise. The original statement I made was in regard to people continuing to talk about not getting limited items. The isn't a thread about connection issues.
