I rarely visit my KL anymore. I haven't sent anyone to do jobs since before the Halloween event. I think EA has pretty much forgotten about it as much as I have.
It seemed that way for months, but considering they released a new ride for KL with the Halloween event and you can place a Fleet-A-Pita there with the Level 37 update, it seems they're focusing on it again (at least a little). I'd be content with one new ride, food/merch stand, or decoration released each update, along with the usual Springfield stuff.
