- I'm pretty confidant that this is a temporary thing. I've visited someone who has this problem, and I see that their town is intact. The game data can't be irretrievable, if I can still see it.
- When a new level is released I delete the Tapped Out app from my mobile device, then update the app in iTunes on my laptop and reinstall the app to my mobile device. A clean install seems to reduce the number of glitches I experience.
- Ive got some more info it seems when logging in the game grabs your user id and when it aska for you town it grabs a different id for some reason. Unaffected towns load the same id for both. So it seems to be a server issue and your town should be safe on the proper id.

Hopefully they'll have a fix before level update - In case this issue isn't resolved by the morning, where do I put in a ticket to get it fixed?

Fortunately your Springfield is not lost It is still there. The game is improperly loading your Mayhem ID and grabbing the wrong town. The town most likely belongs to someone so try not to destroy whatever town you do load.spAnser wrote:

So what does it mean if someone screwed around with this other town? Is it still safe?
