ball question and answer center

I had removed all my roads except for the one road surrounding my stadium at the beginning of the event thinking that it would corral my fans (ugh...). This morning, I found one bouncing soccer ball on that road. No idea who it was from and got nothing by clicking on it except that we are theoretically +1 closer to the first community prize. I haven't found any other balls hopping around town and I saw the tenniest, tiniest football in one neighbor's town. So far, the community prizes are a complete bust. None of my fans are dropping them. I didn't get any in visiting neighbors and I spent 500 of those fan bucks, in which I could have upgraded a few players, on one soccer ball that has had the most minimal of impact on the community prize goal. Completely disheartening.
