I googled and couldn't find the answer, though on TSTO wiki, it's classified under consumerism buildings.

The easy way to find out for sure is to get yourself to just barely 4.0, 4.5, or 5 stars in consumerism by storing or placing consumerism buildings like the Kwik-E-Mart. Then store it and see what happens.

Me too. I couldn't find statistics on the usual websites. Sorry if my reply was confusing.

it doesn't affect the consumerism just tested it

I would guess it's Obedience, like the other medical buildings, but that's just a guess.
