Be Happy

Ratman has got his riot shield ready. Would you like to join ratman because you are going to a lot of stuff thrown at you.
  • Nope because as previous stated, lagging and not being able to play are two different things.
  • Ea does have a massive challenge in developing the same game over multiple platforms.

However we do have to tell them when the have failed to met the challenge. They certainly don't test on all devices.

(yes, It does seem that they didn't test the after Easter update on any device)
  • Lol, you think EA listen to their players? Where were you during the Easter event? Because If they did listen, they certainly would have done something to fix that horrid event before it was even half over.

Besides all that, you're making a post complaining about people complaining. At least the original complainers have a valid reason for their complaining but this is just pathetic.

A company that can't take complaining and fix the issues that need to be fixed as soon as possible shouldn't be a company in the first place. Just because we didn't have stuff like this 40 years ago doesn't mean we have to sit there and take a sub par product. If we lived by that mentality, we would've never had any real technological advancements. Failure is never an option, especially when that failure is a product that people pay for.

So what I'm trying to say is if you're happy with a half as product by all means do what you have to, but don't tell others how to react to crap. If this game was once good, then they should keep their standards, otherwise (in my opinion), that leads to failure. And considering the direction the game has been going lately, it looks like they're failing to keep their players (costumers) happy.

+1.. This totally.. Why should we settle for inferior products? This game wasn't always so laggy.. Why would they release an update without some testing first. Its not like this is a mom & pop shop, its a huge company and im sure they have a testing division right? An update with this many bugs should never have been pushed through. We are allowed to expect more from a company like EA.
  • Everything is awesome! Everything is cool when you're part of the team!

Yeah... No.... It's called feedback. Nothing will get fixed nor will any problems get any attention if there isn't a lovely stream of complaint threads. The sheer number of Easter problem threads really indicates mass issues in-game. This should let the developers know that everything ISN"T awesome. We can't be perpetually positive and pretend that there isn't an issue just to be a happy lego person.

BUT the lack of direct feedback from EA in return to our feedback is a little disappointing. Hopefully, these threads will lead to better events in the future. This would be my ideal fix from EA - more open communication and statements from them in regards to in-game issues. I have had an open ticket for well over two weeks on an issue that still needs resolving. Openness and "transparency" would put an end to the threads that EA is just gifting out premium prize items if someone complains or just sending them various amounts of donuts in response (or even terse emails in response to in-game losses).

Anyways, all isn't wrong in Springfield, otherwise we wouldn't be playing. We voice our opinions because we love.

Be greatful that you can actually play a game on your phone or iPad or tablet across different platforms with people all over the world. To me that in itself is amazing that in this time we are able to do that because just 30-40 years ago you couldn't do that. Thank you EA and the makers of The Simpsons for making a game based on the show and movie, that allows everyone to be apart of something great.

    Not this again...

    Agreed

EA isn't a company that does that. If they were they would have stopped the chance based prize crap after Christmas or at least after Valentines Day.
  • Wow, what a load of crap!

Are you a new player still in the honeymoon stages who has no legitimate understanding of how the game has changed since it's inception more than two years ago, an EA employee/contractor, a blithering idiot or just another in a long line of trolls?

    Seriously, I'm very curious.
