For the beach hideaway, each piece has an associated multiplier bonus, so they all need to be out. For the rest of the SH buildings, you don't need the expansion pieces out to get the XP bonus.
So I need to get all my other buildings out of storage. I have about one each out cause frankly some of them are just to big, but if they all give multiplyers. I can stick them in my farm area.
