Promoted meaning you will be able to get to use an Avatar for the forum.
Until you are promoted you can only have a signature, you also get the usual quoting in blue and able to posts pics/gifs etc.
The general promotion date is the 22nd of each month, post count does not matter to being promoted it just a case of staying active around that date.
