I love almost all items ever offered and have uses for everything in my town. I love seeing them, they are from my favorite show and remind me of the events they came from.
Here is my list of thing to get from the yearbook (or Burns box) that are useful:
Monorail:
Little Lisa's Recycling Plant
Ray Patterson
The Hungry Hun w/Uter
Lotto ‘n’ Liquor w/Mr. Largo
Brandine
Jesse Grass
Uriah's Heap w Hippie
SH
Stu's Disco w/Disco Stu
Duff Brewery w/Duffman (Make sure to get the bundle with Mexican Duffman)
Springfield Coliseum w/Drederick Tatum
Squeaky Voiced Teen (Get in the Burns Mystery Box)
Frink's Lab w/Professor Frink
Hans Moleman
Springfield Community Center w/Jasper Beardley
Barney's Bowlarama w/Bumblebee Man
Sideshow Bob(From pop up quest)
Blue Haired Lawyer (Get from the Burns Mystery Box)
