Best Maximum Upgrade Consensus

This is my feeling: Once Frink's Herbicide is up to Level 15, there's no point in Herbicide or Monsarno campus updates. I was torn on Level 15 or 16 for Monsarno, but ultimately stopped at 16 for those four extra task-producing characters (Tatum, Booberella, Teeny, Miss Springfield).

There's more value now in Clones at 25 items per tap and that should make up any deficiencies in not having a robust return on DNA tasks at Monsarno. It should just take about 330 DNA-bearing clones to cover the Gas and Glup for example.
