The capital ship Endurance needs an upgrade. This is the only ship that generally loses to everyone else, even with a fleet from the galactic republic.

Not the same situation. The Leviathan meant to be the new meta and its investment is the highest among any capital to this day- House-1 can beat Executor, Executrix can beat Profundity, Endurance can't beat anyone.
Under certain conditions.
