- I think Otto and Frink are my best donut purchases, they both earn pretty well on their own, but of course the more buildings they can enter the better in that respect. I really like the buildings (bus) they come with as well, not to mention they are two of my favorite characters on the show. My worst purchase has to be the Bart raven, he taunts me every day-hopping up, down and all around my Springfield. (I am ashamed to admit how many donuts I have wasted accidentally speeding up tasks.)
- jofre_nashSeasoned NewcomerSounds weird but my best donut purchase is also my worst donut purchase. Kang is one of my favorite characters in my actual Springfield, but after my game crashed and became unplayable I started a new Springfield and I bought Kang again...then I got my original Springfield back and that second town has become forgotten. I regret I spent extra real money for those donuts in that second Kang. I can hear Nelson's laugh every time I remember that.
- Best donut purchase would be to spend 1080 and speed up corn at Cletus's farm.
- Worst purchase would be Homer's Hammock I was forced to purchase at the beginning of the game. Its basically 2 trees, and once again I was forced to purchase it. It would be cool if, at the least, Homer could relax in his hammock.
Best purchase would be Bumblebee Man. His task where he just walks around cracks me up. Also, he gave me an option to put "Channel 6" on a 24 hour task. dromtsul wrote:

The Tire Fire isn't purely decoration it offers a 2% increase in $ and xp on for jobs and tasks. I figure I make roughly $50,000 a day which would mean my Tire Fire is probably generating about $1000 a day in income, and making more with each coming update.

It says the topic you are trying to see does not exist.
ETA: Why can't I get the quotes to work properly?!- Best purchase?
Hard to say but probably Dr Nick, one of my favourite characters and even at the increased 90 donut price (which I hope is not a permanent "new" price for characters), hes worth it. Great speech, great jobs, top character. Brilliant!
Worst?
Wasting donuts speeding up brown houses. Also probably the tree hammock, think it was an early purchase but its not great. - Best donut purchase- Frinks Lab, fun looking building with fun Character
Worst purchase - Lard Lad donuts, it's quite possibly the most obnoxious of all buildings (like the Springfield downs), I've never been able go do anything with it, and it does nothing but generate a small amount of money. - Whatever you do, buy Professor Frink and his laboratory. The only thing I regret about Frink (really has nothing to do with Frink and more to do with poor game planning) is that so many of his tasks take place inside his laboratory. I love seeing him out and about the town. When he rides the flying gadget, it rocks. And, when he tests his gizmo, it's the greatest. Definitely, get Frink. My other favorite is Otto Man whose bus really brightens up the town.
I know NO ONE will agree with me, but the one thing I had to have before anything was: Lard Lad. The downside is that he comes with no character, but he is just great by himself. Trust me if you get Lard Lad, you will change your town layout to make sure the first thing people see is him when they enter. He's the best. I also try to get Barney to fall asleep in front of him frequently, because a place like that in the real world usually has a lot of drunks in front of it (check out Kindle's Donuts in Los Angeles, CA, it's true). Have fun. Whatever you buy will be great (except frickin' waste of time Funzo). - The worst for me, by far, has been Homer Buddha. I know people have won awesome stuff, but from three Homer Buddhas I think I got two planters (not at all what I would have spent those donuts on) and a Mystery Box, which itself contained something crappy/cheap/non-premium which I can't recall, like a newspaper box or something. That was a bummer!
Anyhoo, I love the Volcano Lair. Looks awesome, has a fun animation, and Hank Scorpio has fun tasks. Moleman is my favorite premium character. The Aztec is pretty and iconic, so I don't mind that it doesn't come with a character. It's a nice addition to my downtown and not terribly expensive.
Oh, another "best" - I'm glad I finally caved and spent a bunch of donuts on white fencing and fruit trees. They've given me a little multiplier bump, and they look really good. I can't wait for the green to return and they will really stand out! - Best? Homer Buddah, gave me svt
Worst? My second Homer Buddah, gave me a mystery box with a parking lot...
Thats about all my donut spendings, I dont buy them, but with the stockings bonus Im a few donuts from Otto and his bus.
Also, playing anonymous I did try the Buddah again, Moleman. Yey!
