Something bugged in the process and and my purchased donut bar reset and i didn't receive my bonus 10 tokens. I've been back and forth with cs about 20 times in the past 5 days, sent all the proof of purchase and still they have done nothing to rectify the missing token.. I'm still waiting. They've told me twice now to log out of my game so they can replace my token only for them to come back and say they need even more proof.. I'm beyond frustrated with this. Has anyone else experienced this sort of situation? This is by far, the worst customer service i have experienced in a gaming company.
Do a chargeback with your bank that issued the credit card used to make the purchase. If you are not happy with the service that you received, do not buy any more donuts in the future. This is a freemium game, you do not have to spend real world cash to enjoy the game. The only power you have to let EA know you are not happy is to withhold your money.
