Black Friday 2016: Deals

This being my first year with the game, there's a lot of items I'm missing and would like to take advantage of getting for BF. But knowing how many donuts I have I'll have to skip the Murderhorn and Truckasaurus even though I want both. I'll have to wait a different time for each. Here's my list of what I'll be getting:

Lotto N Liquor w/Dewey Largo

Springfield Animal Shelter

Springfield Gorge w/Daredevil Bart

Mansion of Solid Gold

Rancho Relaxo w/Don Vitto

Krusty's Mansion

I assume the items will come back if you don't catch them in the hour they're on sale ??

The best multiplier deals during the BF sale are:

Gorgeous Grandpa Billboard at 10 Donuts / 1%
Duff Racer and Miniature Nuclear Warhead at 13 Donuts / 1%
Burns Limo and Quimborghini at 15 Donuts / 1%
Apu's Apocalypse Jeep at 17 Donuts / 1%
Police Tank at 18 Donuts / 1%

All others are 20 or higher Donuts / 1% with the worst being Big Butt Skinner Balloon at 40 Donuts / 1%

You can get the Casino Pow-Wow Sign, that is 10 Donuts / 1% also and is ready right now on turkey day.

What about Burns Statue - isn't that 2.25% bonus for 20 donuts?

is it? Unless there are more than one "Statue of Burns", everything I've seen on the wiki indicates it only gives you a bump in your SH total ($800K to your SH total and a bump in vanity rating). I don't see anything that shows it gives an XP bonus. Someone correct me if that's wrong.
