Blurs
Popular theory is that the blurs on their costumes are because the skins have not been released yet. Same goes for Luann's squirrel costume. Presumably, once you have crafted or purchased the skin, the blur will disappear.

After 2 straight hours of that, I can only assume Carl will have had Enough of that Wonderful 'Duff...- If the pixellation is to imply 'adult activity' then it is both stupid and annoying. It looks bad and is unnecessary.
These are not real people suddenly dropping their pants on 'Cops'; they're cartoon characters drawn specifically for this game. Their outfits and actions can be drawn to meet any standard of prudishness required. izabellatrix wrote:
