Bear in mind this update is for those who are level 15 to work on while building their town. My daughter is level 11 and she will have no chance of completing it as fast as I can at max level, she just doesn't have the disposable dollars that I do.
If you want fast paced action then this game is not for you, maybe try Call Of Doody instead.
