Remember, remember... don't store your fireworks, they add to your town multiplier when placed!!- mwdaltonNew Spectator

Yeah it would be good if they added that in, even though it is an english tradition its the same as having 4th of July even though its American but that's because its an American game.
Based on an American show. Which takes place in an American town. ;) - Maybe in a few years when they start to run out of ideas for holiday updates they might include some international holidays (short updates like Saint Patrick's Day and July 4th)... If they ever did do Bonfire Night they could give us Hugh Parkfield (Lisa's future husband who probably doesn't exist). Or maybe give Willie something to do for Burns' Night? I'd also like to see an Oktoberfest update with the German power plant guys and Uter.

Yes. I would definitely be put out if, say, a Doctor Who game had a Fourth of July event in it. 'Cause that's just silly.
Remember:
In Treehouse of Horror X, Comic Book Guy, aka The Collector, had the Doctor concealed in plastic, along with many other geek-show characters. He introduces the Doctor as Doctor Who (which is actually the name of the series, not the name of the character) to Bart Simpson, aka Stretch Dude and Lisa Simpson, aka Clobber Girl. The Doctor also makes an appearance as one of the representatives of TV in Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming and in Bart the Fink. Comic Book Guy is seen walking out of a taco shop with a hundred tacos, stating that they'll give him sufficient energy during the Doctor Who marathon. Tom Baker appears in his Doctor costume in the episode "Mayored to the Mob".LPNintendoITA wrote:

Dylan, yes. :Dsmurf007 wrote:
Because it's a English tradition, and most other country's wouldn't get it.
No it isn't. It is a BRITISH tradition.
A lot of games have * Patrick's day stuff and that's an Irish tradition so why not British traditions? If these games are sold internationally then they should celebrate traditions from lots of countries. They should have had something for Dilawi (if that is how you spell it) too.- How cool would it be if they did do a fireworks night, and as a task Homer Set off Fireworks that were a huge firework display in the sky 8) Not like the tiny boxes of fireworks we had i mean a proper firework show
