Brandine's Pregnancy

I got Dubya, are they all npc? I tap on him and he sits down and looks like he is banging on something and that's all he does.

They work like krustyland visitors but in town by "stealing money" around town and after some hours you get a money icon over their head. Tap on it to get money. The more time passes the more money you get

I had him a few days now and have not has a money sign over his head yet. Guess I just have to be a little more patient.
