Okay got on with EA chat now :)

I have looked into your issue and It seems a update issue with your game so what I am doing is that I am going to make some Internal changes on your game from my side and you will get your Item within 24 hours for sure. You require to wait for sometime because the changes will takes sometime to takes place. But I am sure that you will get your item back.

Well, it is still not there. Going to recontact EA soon as I can. :cry:
I am not wanting to craft one. I just want the one I earned.

When you get a prize, if you log into your town with another device very soon after, you can often get a duplicate of that prize. I've only managed to pull it off with bag prizes, personally, but it is confirmed.

I've only seen this glitch with this event, so I'm guessing not.

Okay, got onto EA again and this time they managed to replace my Hover Copter on the spot. I have it back now!

Glad to hear it worked out! I'll be looking for it.
