Pleae don't be sorry. I literaly meant having seen that message. The EA server was never unavailable for me.
IT was always some "minor" connection issues. I never heard/ read that EA in general was gone.

luckily it is solved!- I got in with no issues. I hope anyone having problems is able to get in soon.

Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling?- Managed to log in once now just watching a spinning donut :(. A good night's sleep didn't help.
- When I connect over WiFi I cart get on but when I switch to 4G it works fine had this for a few days now
