However, today based on what I learned here I am going to go to the Mapple (apple) store and see if I can get fixed. I do not know anyone with iPhone 5 so this is my only option. I hope the store isn't busy to the point where they toss me out.
Nice of EA to even respond to you, I've got nothing, nada, zilch, zero response from them regarding my ticket. Hell, even a form letter would have been nice. I received immediate email confirmation my ticket was filed, nothing since.
I'm about 3/4 of the way to the next bonus level up, I fully expect another harp freeze when it happens. Has anyone recovered from 2 harp freezes? If so, do you get the 900 donut bonus loop a second time?
