Changing date/time settings for another game

Does anyone know if I change the date and time for a cheat for another game on my iPad will I be in jeopardy of losing my Springfield. I don't care about doing this for tapped out but I need it to get the equivalent of donuts in another game. I have Put in seven months into my tapped out and don't want to lose it. I thought I read in here somewhere that if you did the time date cheat for tapped out your account can be terminated.

This is second-hand information, but I read comments posted last year on one of the game cheat sites in which TSTO losers claimed that EA had banned their accounts/games after they had used the time-shift exploit.

Just have the balls to admit you want to cheat. If you are really changing it for another game, then how about just, you know, not log in to the simpsons game until you set it back. Then it will not have any effect. But I think we all know that's not what you're asking. And yes I do know the answer to your real question but won't tell you unless you ask what you really mean. :roll:

Ha mjr, seriously it's for another game :p if I wanted to do it for tapped out I would ask, I have the balls. It will just be hard to not log in to tapped out while I'm doing this....

What benefit would it really be to change the date and time on this game anyway. Why are there so many jerks on this forum these days? The OP asks a simple question and you feel the need to put him/her down :?

If you want to say it's cheating, please enlighten us, to what benefit?

Should be self explanatory for a game that revolves around time based tasks. If you need more "enlightenment" than that try google.

With a jail token device you can enable the app to truly run in the background. That way you can run a 24 hour task in minutes by moving the date forward. You can continuously do this. It speeds up build times as well

So yes it is cheating as you don't have to wait to build or use donuts to speed up tasks

Really, that's your point? Because that's not at all what you asked...

Wow this post got out of control. I don't need to cheat, I have all the land, buildings and characters, 3 million in the bank and 1000 donuts. I don't need to cheat for this game. The only thing I could use is more donuts and fast forwarding time doesn't do crap for getting donuts. There's other hacks for donuts if that's what I wanted.
