Have everyone available, it's all I've done and they start getting tasks. Apu 168 hr shift I think is first and Flanders sledding
Yep, after 10 hours for Flanders the next task is Homer and Lisa pretending to skate for 10 hours. It seems like those not using doughnuts to speed things up will barely get anything decorated by Christmas!
