I don't have a solid word but I've got speculation.

The date for classic mini events (9/28-10/02) is the window of time you have to log into your game in order to trigger access to those (up to five total) events.

Since it doesn't make much sense to expect players to finish a handful of mini events in less than a week, I strongly suspect that we're allowed to finish these at our own pace (there's no countdown clock on the task list or the store items) and the next mini event will trigger upon finishing the one before it until you've completed them all. I also suspect that all mini event-related store items will only be there for as long as you're working through the current event and the store contents will change when you switch over to the next mini.

That would make sense. But theyre not about making sense sometimes. Like excluding most players from the sales because they have done the events before? How does this make sense? It would be more money in their pockets.
