I emailed EA again asking for help. Hopefully they can give me a solution this time. Funny that if they don't know what to do, they throw their customers elsewhere. Anyways here's the email he sent me. After I looked at it again I realized he claimed that the studio looks at the forums and fixes bugs. I thought it sounded odd, but I was out of options lol. I will update if they find a solution to the missing Otto.
