I just got him today, but such a bummer I can't use him because I don't have Otto. So I go to my store to buy Otto and he's not offered! Disappointed:(

Hi John I suspect that you are correct and they do have a browse over the forum from time to time (due to some of the text that's appeared in the game) but how often they check is anyone's guess.
