Construction Yard Glitch
I am unable to use Construction Yard in the latest update on Tapped Out I do not know why i am having this issue.

Check out the walkthrough that @LPNintendoITA made and make sure that you've completed the tasks you need to proceed. At first glance, it looks like you should be able to spend the Obols once you've built the Construction Yard, but maybe there's something you're missing.
