i'm going crazy here and picking August 1. I think the next big update is going to be Kamp Krusty.

I'm thinking June 13, if only because the Herman quests/storyline appear to be designed to continue at least through the end of this week (which include three 24-hour quests in a row), if you're not rushing them with Donuts.
