I'm off to get it. - just a note: when you build the house, the skin doesnt come immediatly, you need to do part 1 of the quest and THEN it unlocks ;)

Well, the yard sale was scheduled until August 4th, and it's July 26th, so I think it's still going.- you can still see the icon in the menu so yea it's still there
