Corn 2.0

I planted corn in both of my side towns as soon as the rose bush requirement was over...under 80 days in each of them (no Witch Marge). There's really no harm if the stacking has been removed.

In my main town, I'm still plugging away on rose bushes so I can do some swear words, but will likely plant corn for a third time (one less thing to tap daily).

I've grown corn 2 full times. Not interested anymore. I got tons on the hand stacking though.

I'm still growing roses, since I like having a new bit of landscaping to play with. Moonshine also popped up in my taskbook, so I may do that after the update. After that, I don't know. I've already got Brandine to wait for, do I really need to be waiting for corn as well?

Too bad witch Marge couldn't hex Brandine's Belly to speed up a youngin.

I'm with sandwedgeking on the one less thing to tap. I've planted it for the 4th time, 5th if you count the corn I planted right before this update.

I started mine this morning and so far she's knocked 12 hours off, which in total, 24 hours has already passed. I agree with the ones who want one less thing to tap on. As soon as this next update hits, if Apu isn't needed, he's being sent on his 7 day task. Brandine is doing her 90 day one right now. I love the ones you can set and just forget about for a few days, or months in this case.

I grew corn once, so I could say I did it. I didn't see or wasn't around to get in on the Christmas corn or, darn it, I would have made out like a bandit on multiple handshakes. EA kept not fixing this glitch (otherwise known as tilegate) and so finally I went ahead and started corn about a week before the V-Day update. The update ended multiple handshakes (as far as I know - haven't been able to do it with feeder towns), but no skin off my nose. I got corn in less than 2 weeks!

I don't mind tapping the farm. Thanks to tilegate using the farm, Channel 6, and the stage has become automatic. In fact, if I tried to stop, it'd be like switching from stick to manual - you know, like how you go to change gears even though you no longer have a clutch or gearshift.

whats the quickest you can possibly grow corn?

I forgot about the possible update affecting my corn, :oops: oops, I hope it doesn't reset the counter...

If you set her on the speed crops task four times a day you'd finish corn in 54 days. I really can't see anyone actually doing that well.
