You only get a FP from a friend visit if they graffiti one of your buildings, not for any other actions. I am not sure about the stacking thing...

You only get FP in your town from the 4 Obedience buildings (Springfield Elementary, Town Hall, Police Station & Moe's Bar) you only get 1 point for each tap & won't get anymore on those buildings until you have cleared them out so more people can tap those buildings.
The TV station does not stack anymore. It has been patched. Just like the Farm, Open Air Stage & Squidport Tiles
