Crashing.
I had this issue recently. It was caused by too many decorations. How decorated is your town? How many snake logs/stumps/rocks/speakers? Have you logged in today to collect rent and complete task...

My town is very decorated and I did put some more decorations in today. I've put away most of my Whacking day stuff though....probably about 5 or 6 rocks left in my town.
