My husband (mizark007650) got this challenge too, used the Go To button this morning before work, came home and it was reset to zero. He did it again, and as soon as he went back to Springfield it was reset to zero again. This task is super glitchy and he is more than a little annoyed since it takes 8 hours before the balloons can be popped again.

Yup, it is. I thought it was just because I didn't hit the Go to button this morning, but on my second attempt I hit the button, it took me to the shuttle bus and asked if I wanted to go to Krustyland, then once I got there it popped me directly to Sideshow You. After Tapping my 3 balloons I went back and still needed 2 rounds of Sideshow You. Fortunately I was able to skip to a different task. Unfortunately it was to craft Smart Devices. :(
