Daily Challenges System: Jobs and Rewards (Update: 2/12)

Am still not getting the 42 day limit. Do we complete as many daily tasks as we can during that time frame i.e. 42 but the max bonus payout will stay at level 20 (20 jobs complete) once we hit it? Then when day 42 is completed, we go back to the lowest level bonus payout again?
