Didn't get presents from quite a few of my neighbors even though the presents graphic was present. I stopped getting presents at 20, which seems strange since it's not a multiple of 3.
I also noticed that only some buildings had the presents graphics, some did not (eg. Tribal Huts, The Little Black Box).
