Daily Limit on Friends' Presents?

I hadn't visited my neighbors for several days (on purpose) so I went in fresh.
Results: first 30 actions (10 neighbors) = 2 presents per action (total of 60 presents after 10 neighbors)
Next 90 actions (30 neighbors) = 1 present per action (total of 90 presents for those 30 neighbors)
Conclusion: max 150 presents per day from visiting friends. Only 40 neighbors needed. Do not click on last year's Christmas pole or elf house because you will not get presents, only money and it will count against your 120 actions.
