Tbh we you i think this was a very clever plan by EA, being they are in this for the money (i know i know how dare they lol) but they probably realised that a lot of people would want Chester and then ask where his Gold Mansion when he didnt come with it, hence making it another prem buy, making it a Gil deal might have been to sweeten the chances of people just buying it and maybe not questioning the price, but even i cant deny at 250donuts for just a building that is steep!
