the prison is one of the few things I have to keep moving outward as i acquire more land. i want it far away from town, but we can't just buy land any where whenever we want. it's taking a while.
i wish the property values were based on sequence of purchase instead of predetermined on a grid. then I'd have bought property up in the far right corner, built and designed my jail, and been done with it! i hate all this reconfiguring!
