Unfortunately, it sounds like your device isn't compatible with the game anymore and won't be again. :? What device do you have?

It's a galaxy tab 2 from samsung. Old hand me down, but I talked to ea and they said everything is up to spec and google play said the same. Both said however its up to the developers to choose which devices will work and which wont. Very frustrating especially since I just became a premium player.
