Truly sorry to hear, abenhart. I experienced something similar with a different EA game awhile back, & can easily empathize.

Wait, what? I had a message from here deleted because it mentioned using an emulator - the reason given was that since emulators are not supported, we're not allowed to discuss them here. But if an EA rep is out and out recommending one....
