Did you buy the Hunting License?
I broke down and bought the portal an license last night. The portal looks awesome. I had always regretted not buying the ghost zapper last yr. Not for function, but for the cool limited time item.

From what I understand, the Liscence doubles the amount of probes you are able to get while visiting neighbours)
