Those are all premium payout items, so of course I collect from them as soon as I'm able. Sometimes they've already been tapped by a neighbor, sometimes not, but I always connect from them.

I tap everything aside from the dozen or so brown houses that I have for people to tap, and well, I basically, tap all the ones that take hours or so to be tappable again. I think I have enough there to keep people busy when they visit, so I hope it's a good mix. :)

I do tap these. I have plenty of houses and stores for my friends, so I don't worry about taking these.

I was leaving them for friends to tap because I had 24 mil in in game cash and didn't need the money. However, if they have any more aspiration all buildings at 10 mil a pop, I may have to rethink this strategy....

I leave any building that takes an hour or less to regenerate untapped, but I collect from everything else. I'm still saving up for land and the last two aspirationals, I need all the cash I can get!

I collect all the buildings which takes more than 2 hours. The short times are for my neigbours.

I tap those asap! they have the highest payouts!

I leave brown houses and KEM's untapped for friends and it works out great, also the simpson house.

I collect from everything, but I also check in every 4 hours or less to clear handshakes and such. Kwik-E-Marts, Flanders House, Simpsons House, brown houses, and a few others are ready again quickly so my neighbors always have something to tap.

Well, they can graffiti. But on normal buildings, they have to be ready to collect for a neighbor to tap them. There have been events that bypass this, but we're not in a major event right now, so regular rules apply.

If it regenerates quickly, you may as well collect it. It will be available again as soon as you log out.

If someone visits your town in that exact moment while you are collecting, they still have graffiti they can do.

The only towns I've experienced not having something to tap is either:
Noobs on like level 10 and have six buildings, or
People who haven't checked in for a day or more and even their brown house farm had nothing available. After 2-3 visits like this i drop them.

No, since I respect my neighbors and leave things for them to tap. Most don't leave the landing zone, but some days I can't check as often, so the more handshakes the better.

I'd eventually collect from them when I clear the handshakes.

I try to leave everything alone for my neighbors to tap BUT:

In the morning I tap everything on the left hand side of my town, including Squidport, no matter what it is.

Right before bed I tap everything on the right hand side of town, no matter what it is.

That way, everything gets tapped at least once a day, even if none of my neighbors get to it, while there is still plenty of stuff available to tap at any given time.

It makes sense to me...

I tap the heck out of my own Krustyland, because I just started it during the Stonecutters event, and there is almost nothing over there that anyone would want to go out of their way to tap. If they do, power to them.
