Donut Day Speculation

I've seen a lot of people mentioning that with the time travel event that's been teased they'd like to see Donut Rain (as seen in "Time amd Punishment").
Donut rain can be unlocked via the Donut boat - which I LOVE having in my town! <3
The Donut Day items (incl. the Donut boat) came with Donut Day 2016 and Donut Day, this year, is June 2cd. June the 2cd will be, if speculation is correct, when the time travel event is in it's early stages so is it possible that we'll see a Donut Day part of the Time Travel event?
If EA are rEAding this and Donut Day isn't a part of the event that please can at least and the boat - for people who missed it - and maybe some donut deals. Would that be too hard?? *cute puppy eyes*

    It'll rain donuts for approximately 7 seconds every time you tap the boat.


    Also has a decent multiplier, 5% if I'm not mistaken , if that helps sell it for you.

    Well as per a previous post, I found my neighbour with the boat and when I tapped on it, all it did was give me the horn and belch out pink smoke...

    However, after seeing the preview this morning when the 'Donut Day' thing was announced and 15D was gifted to me... I don't think it's worth it for me...

    I actually think they may have started that early by accident as I was still trying to get all the event things started and trying to figure out the four different types of currency (i'm classing spades as a currency as well) so throwing 15D at me whilst making it rain them was a little confusing..

    All that being said, I may splash out on the truck, but did like seeing the store in other towns, but I only have 250D and that was a result of burning all my money on a three day collider session, so as i can only low level farm with limited income and 170% Bonus multiplier and with Booberella + outfit also available, I'm in a bit of a quandary ...

    It will rain in your own town but not when visiting neighbors. So, EA got me, had to have my own. Yes, the effect might not always make me giddy, so the bonus at least makes it a standard bonus purchase.

    7 seconds isn't long enough to scroll into town, so I should at least move my donut items to the shore.
