I appreciate you sharing your feelings, point of view and opinion on this matter, but you should not criticize those that are sharing their own opinions. The reason you see many complaining about this is because it is a BIG DEAL. We feel betrayed, hurt and straight out lied to. EA made a point to have an end date of 5/9 and us loyal players believed that to be true. Why wouldn't we? Many of us maybe did not have the luxury of time or friends or luck of finding snakes to whack like you did. Congratulations on accomplishing it.
The problem here is many of us believe we would have finished whacking 12,500 snakes to get the Motel if we did have an extra week. But being that EA said it ended on 5/9 us loyal hard working players after whacking as many snakes as we could before midnight decided to use donuts to purchase. We would have been fine with it.....but then EA on 5/10 decides to extend until 5/16.
This is why we are pissed and venting here. I know for sure I would have made 12,500 snakes by 5/16. The point is, EA was not honest with us which forced us to use Donuts when we did not have too. I don't know about you but I sure don't like being lied to! Hence we all feel like we deserve a refund or an acknowlegment of somekind.
